I was tired of my old crappy computer video game controler. I found out that
some people have modded there Xbox controlers to work with a standard USB port.
To make mine differant from everyone elses I used Color change paint from Green
to Purple. People have been using this stuff in car Interiors for months now,
this is the first Xbox controler I've seen (though I'm sure it's not the only).
Items needed
I used an Xbox Controller S. These are avalible at any store that sells Xbox equipment.

I used Green to Purple. Other colors are avalible. Sold at most auto stores (Shucks, AutoZone)
First take the controller apart. Remove the serial number stickers and the
Xbox emblim.
Use 300 Grit sandpaper and take all the texture off. It takes some time, but
it will make the paint stick much better than if you don't.
Follow the instructions on the cans of paint. 2-3 coats of base coat. 3-6 coats
of color. 2-4 coats of clear coat.
Let set for 24 hours.

Take the short peace of cable from the controller cut off the end that plugs
in to the Xbox. Also cut the B end off a USB cord.
Strip the wires and solder the red to red and so on. On the Xbox cable there
will be a yellow strand wire, disregard that wire and cut it off.
Each wire must be insulated, I used electrical tape.
24 Hours later Reassemble.
Final In green
Or is it Purple?
The website I use to link people to for the drivers stopped working, also the
driver only worked with XP. I've sense upgraded to Vista which has drivers build
in for the Xbox 360 USB controller.
